PARS Solutions
A website and a voice for a platform built for people who never sit down at work.

The brief
PARS makes one app for the people who keep things running on their feet. Housekeepers, carers, teachers, warehouse crews. Chat, checklists, training, handbooks and an AI assistant called PIA, all under the customer's own brand. The product worked. The website did not. As a consultant at CC Projects I had six weeks to fix it before GITEX Africa in Marrakech.

The challenge
A strong product with a weak first impression.
- 01
Nobody could tell what it was.
The old headline read "We enable world-class corporate culture!" It could have sold anything. No product, no proof, one button that said Book an intro.
- 02
Nothing to show.
The app was being redesigned at the same time. There were no customer photos and no screens worth putting on a page.
- 03
A brand that has to step aside.
PARS is white label. Customers put their own name on the app, so the identity had to feel solid without getting loud.
- 04
A date that would not move.
GITEX Africa opened on 7 April. Whatever was live by then was what buyers in Marrakech would see.
Six weeks to Marrakech.
Behind every decision
Would an operations manager know in ten seconds that this is for them?
Staffbase, Blink, Speakap, Connecteam, Workleap. I captured every site whole and worked through them with Claude. It took a day and a half instead of a week.
The pattern was clear. The big players sell heavy intranets. The small ones sell a single chat or a single course.
Nobody owned the middle: one mobile app, under your own brand, for the whole shift. That became the moodboard.

The result
A site that says who it is for in the first line.
parssolutions.io went live on Next.js and Storyblok in time for GITEX Africa.
The old headline promised world-class corporate culture. The new one says The platform for frontline operations, with a demo one click away.
Seven core pages, eleven product pages and five industry pages, all in the PARS team's own hands.

Two hats. One sign off.
The work was the website and everything said and shown on it.
Both went through the same desk before anything went live.
01 Designer
The website
Structure, three directions, the design system and every page from wireframe to high fidelity, built with Hai on Next.js and Storyblok.
Marcelo, CEO of PARS, approved each layout.
02 Content creator
The voice
Copy in English and French, nearly every image on the site, and the launch posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Marcelo signed off, with Vitorino, Design Lead at CC Projects, reviewing.
Who signed it off
After launch
Then the launch posts.
Carousels for LinkedIn and posts for Instagram. I generated the photos with several AI models, then redesigned and laid out every slide in Figma.
The copy was rewritten for each crowd. On LinkedIn it spoke to HR and operations leads about broken systems. On Instagram it was shorter, and ended with Book a demo, link in bio.
This one runs in five beats: a hook, the problem, the fix, the value and one clear ask.
